Summary

Add manual resolve action from Slack with Resolve button (appears after Ack)
Improve Slack message format with status header, details fields, and timeline
Fix silence timezone to use Slack's date formatting for per-user timezone

Changes

Alert entity: Added ResolvedBy field and ResolveBy() method
Message builder: New layout with status emoji, severity badge, and structured fields
Interaction handler: Added resolve action that cancels silences and updates message
