This pull request adds Lahlang to the Languages section of the awesome-esolangs list. Lahlang is a fun, expressive programming language inspired by Singlish and Singaporean culture, designed for learning and experimentation. Lahlang is widely considered esoteric and meets the contribution guidelines.
