This MR adds new mci_lcc_manuf test, which exercises manufacturing to scrap transition.
It improves simulation time for
mcu_prod_rom_axi_streaming_boottest.It also fixes some tests that failed due to assertion getting triggered by error injection to the LCC_state_translator.
