💡 需求背景和解决方案

在 #2734 的提交中，从L7-maps中复制了一份SimpleMapCoord代码。
（因为不能在L7-map组件导入L7-maps，会有循环引用，反之可以）
现把SimpleMapCoord 迁移到L7-map组件中。L7-maps和L7-map均使用L7-map/map/util下的SimpleMapCoord。
