I'm Anders, co-founder of Optimatika and creator of ojAlgo — a pure Java library for linear algebra and mathematical optimisation.
My background is in maths-heavy engineering — started with naval architecture at KTH, shifted towards systems engineering, operations research, and finance. I've been doing Java development since the late '90s, focused on backend tools and libraries for other developers.
I started ojAlgo over 20 years ago when a client needed a pure Java QP solver and none existed. Today it's one of the most capable open source maths libraries on the JVM. See Optimatika for the full picture of what we offer around it.
