Workbench using rover for internals Pre-release

Pre-release

This is the second beta verison of Workbench that uses the rover CLI for rover supergraph composition. When the next versions of binaries ship for rover supergraph compose, the error locations will start showing up in the problems panel. This is a known issue and has been fixed.

To install, use the "Install VSIX" option when in the "Extensions" panel in VSCode and clicking the three dots:
