Deleted chapter heading.
Deleting API page from architecture Chapter to reduce duplication across tech docs. Same information is represented in API chapter.

Per discussion on 2026-06-22 we're going to close this PR, and accept the duplicative API content, since it should be mentioned in the "Architecture" section as it is a fundamental layer for all ArchivesSpace applications, and the top-level API page is a useful for its instructions on how to use the API.
It was also noted that wrangling and improving the API documentation is a long term issue that needs to be addressed when a group of technical stakeholders have the time to do so.

Deleted api page from Architecture chapter and removed heading from index. There is already an API chapter with more information. Completing ticket TD-78.
