Custom Models editor — add unlimited custom model endpoints in the config panel
Each model has name, base URL, API key, and provider type (OpenAI/Anthropic)
Models appear in the selector under a "Custom" provider group
Saved to .pantheon/custom_models.json, persists across restarts

Questions inline in chat — notify_user questions with radio/checkbox/text options rendered directly in chat, not hidden in timeline
