Version bump + CHANGELOG for v0.23.0 (#89). Merging auto-publishes to npm. Headline: zero-result Wikipedia queries retry with progressively shorter keyword variants, making the default fallback actually land for long technical queries — the gap both stress benches died on. Plus an upstream note pointing dario users at 4.8.66 for the client-system-prompt fix. 693 tests.
