Version bump + changelog + README doctor-sample versions for 0.24.0 (ships #92). auto-release.yml publishes to npm + GH release on merge. Post-merge follow-up: clean full bench at the tag for an unconfounded scoreboard (the pre-release 6/6 shared a build with a concurrent planner edit — disclosed in the scoreboard).
