Stock board at 0.25.0: 5/6, recent holds its gate with planner date-grounding + news fallback composed (4/3 sources @ 1.00 support). The niche-ops 1/3 FAIL is search starvation on that run only. This is also the clean stock baseline referenced by the synth-tuning park issue.
