This adds lrh2000@4c1356b, which serves asterinas/asterinas#3692.
I did not update the tests. Therefore, the tests will fail to compile. But it should not affect Asterinas' code.
Fixing the tests isn't very hard. I have a trial, and all the tests pass. However, it's not strictly required and we don't have CI to enforce it.
TcpReprstill has thepayloadfield, but that field will be ignored inTcpSocket::process. This is a bit fragile, but it's the best option I have at the moment.
