Without this, CROPS content in concepts/ is dark — no routing path leads an AI there for censorship/privacy/security questions.
Two one-liners:
AGENTS.md — Add CROPS to the concepts/ description so AIs know to fetch it when evaluating whether something belongs on Ethereum.
ship/SKILL.md — Add CROPS check to the launch checklist, between 'audit state transitions' and 'write contracts.' Forces the 4 questions early in the build.
