This commit adds support for using VSCode Server as a modern alternative to Cloud9 for the AWS Serverless SaaS Workshop. Key changes include:

  1. New VSCodeSetup directory with scripts and configuration files
  2. Updated README.md to reference VSCode Server as the recommended option
  3. New CloudFormation template for deploying VSCode Server
  4. Terminal configuration fix for working directory issues

Cloud9 support is maintained for backward compatibility.
