Number of Interventions per Entry Time Spent per Entry The physician list is by unique patients And the intervention list is by entries But these graphs WILL have to change…
by Month (the graph at the top) by Weekday per Location per Clinic per Social Worker per Type (Patient, Community, Staff, Other) I’d like to move the Other category graphs to a different page so that we can cross reference with per Social Worker, per month, for both entries and hours. Other considerations here? What data do we want to report out to administrators? Unique Patients? Other tracking changes we want to make?
Barbara often asks for how many psychiatry referrals SW has made, add “Internal” checkbox to Psychiatry/Psychotherapy?
Separate those two? Progress Note or Psychosocial? Require LEP and Transplant response? Patients with high entry count, a supervisory view? PHQ/GAD report? Suicide assessment correlation? Consider new annual goal? Once we’re able to launch the new tool, I’ll provide the Ed Center with new non-task data for the entirety of the year, so would re-issue January data that correlates to how we choose to report out. I’ll also provide Barbara / Jen / Steven with data that correlates with past years, starting with the most recent and working my way back for use in COC and other reports. Thank you!
