[Feature request] Auto-update support for the portable version

I prefer using the portable version of DLSS Swapper over the installer, but currently, it doesn't support auto-updates.

Currently, the only alternatives are manually updating the portable version from the GitHub releases page or switching to the installer version.

Describe the solution you'd like

I would love to see an auto-update feature developed for the portable build.

Wait there's an auto update feature? My non portable version never pushes for auto updates...

It should check for updates on launch. I'll tag you when v1.2.6 is out (preset F support for RR) and we can see if your app sees the update.

I didn't get any update notifications, I will try reinstalling the app

You know what, I am not getting it either. Let me pull this out as its own issue so I can look into fixing that. I will now track this in #924.
