v1.0.0 Clean Windows Release Rebuild
This keeps the existing v1.0.0 tag and does not change the app version.
Changes in this rebuilt release package:
- Rebuilt the Windows x64 release package with improved release hygiene.
- Added Windows executable metadata for the TUI launcher and GUI overlay executable.
- Added normal-user application manifests; the executables do not request administrator elevation.
- Kept Start with Windows opt-in, disabled by default, and HKCU-only.
- Packaged only required executables, runtime DLLs, docs, example settings, and LICENSE.
- Added a SHA256 checksum asset for the release zip.
- Ensured local match history, reports, logs, snapshots, cache, and user settings are not packaged.
- Kept the app local-first: no telemetry, no uploaded reports, no process injection, no DirectX hooks, and no League process memory reading.
- Improved GitHub documentation, issue templates, security policy, contribution guide, architecture docs, and CI build workflow.
- Fixed champ-select flicker and updated matchup/rune parsing for the current OP.GG MCP payload shape.
Signing note: this build is currently unsigned. SmartScreen warnings may still appear because the project is new/unsigned.
