In the previous two release changelog entries we have consolidated this:
* Update kernels 5.15, 6.1 and 6.12 to the latest upstream ([#208])
But I also see the value in listing the full versions. Could you be consistent here and list the full NVR for 5.15 as well and drop the "from"?

In the previous releases also have this form before. i.e.
Update kernel-6.12 from 6.12.25-32.101 to 6.12.29-33.102 ([177])
