Notes Taken During the Demo

Demo Day Notes

The room felt engaged throughout the presentation. The stakeholders were paying close attention and taking notes, and our field expert was even recording parts of the product on video, which felt like a positive sign. Some customers were visibly following along during the reporting and verification flows, nodding as we explained the process. The strongest reactions came during the personal accessibility preferences feature and the detailed report submission flow with numerical measurements, where a few people looked genuinely surprised by the level of detail.

The questions afterward were thoughtful and very specific:

"How many reviews does it need to verify a report? Do you think that is a lot?"

We explained the exact thresholds we use and the reasoning behind them, which seemed to make sense to the audience.

"I missed the report fixing part. Could you show it again?"

We were able to go through the flow a second time smoothly without running into any issues.

"As a muhtar, when looking at a specific region, do reports have some kind of severity?"

That question led to a useful discussion about how we approach prioritization.
