Redmine 1.4 testing

Works OK with the API key AFAICT - you have to enable API

Problems

It keeps logging me out on issue status change again... Now what was the cause of that?
The status_id doesn't work because it doesn't match the statuses we use
Colourisation of tabs doesn't work because the trackers don't match our trackers (e.g. bug, feature request, etc)
