CarPlay Simulator Guide for iOS
Step 1. Go to https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=Additional%20Tools%20for%20Xcode%2013.4 and download Additional Tools for Xcode 13.4 and install those to your machine
Step 2. Plug your phone in (wired) and enable Personal Hotspot, connect your Mac to that hotspot

Step 3. Open the Network settings (System Preferences.app > Network), click iPhone USB and uncheck the “Disable unless needed” box

Step 4. Disable personal hotspot on your iOS device and computer (“Allow others to join” > OFF)
Step 5. Open CarPlay Simulator from step 1 (hardware folder)

Step 6. You’ll get a request on your phone that asks if you want to connect to the car while your phone is locked
