Codebase contents

This repository contains all the code in GATK 4+, i.e. the GATK analysis tools plus the GATK4 development framework, which includes the new GATK engine and many utilities. Third-party developers are encouraged to develop their own GATK-based analysis tools using this new framework; we welcome feedback regarding features and development support.
