👋 Hi, I’m Anshul Dixit

Behavioural & Data Science graduate (University of Warwick) with 8+ years of industry experience building
ML and AI solutions that improve real-world decision-making by accounting for human behaviour.

I work at the intersection of machine learning, behavioural science, and applied analytics — where models meet people, incentives, and imperfect decisions. My focus goes beyond prediction to how insights are interpreted, trusted, and acted upon.

🧠 What I focus on

  • Behavioural decision-making under risk and uncertainty
  • Human-centred evaluation of ML and AI systems
  • Explainable and responsible AI in high-stakes contexts
  • Experimental design and causal thinking

💼 Experience

I bring end-to-end analytics experience across consulting, public-sector analytics, and applied research environments.

  • Designed data-driven decision frameworks for policy and operational problems
  • Built ML models and analytical pipelines using Python, R, and MATLAB
  • Translated complex analysis into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
  • Worked in ambiguous settings where accuracy alone isn’t enough — clarity, explainability, and impact matter
