Updates the Canonical Academy Terms of Service markdown page under templates/legal/terms-and-policies/, aligning the published site copy with the updated source document referenced in the PR description.
Changes:
- Refreshes the document metadata (update date + copydoc link) and rewrites/restructures the ToS sections.
- Adds/expands terms around enterprise seat allocation, candidate onboarding, gating, forfeiture, and seat expiration.
- Updates fees/payment, IP/content, personal data, liability, and governing law sections for the Academy ToS.
