Pull request overview

Updates the Japanese translation of the Ubuntu Pro service terms page under templates/legal/, aligning the content and metadata with the latest source document referenced in the PR description.

Changes:

• Refreshes page frontmatter (title/description/update date/copydoc link) for the Japanese terms page.
• Replaces the existing Japanese terms body with the updated translation and clause structure.

本契約に関する見解の相違がある場合、両当事者はかかる相違について合理的な努力を払い、交渉して解決します。見解の相違を14日以内に解決できない場合、両当事者の代表者が会談し、かかる相違を解決するよう努力するものとします。さらに14日以内に見解の相違を解決できない場合、いずれの当事者もかかる相違を両当事者の経営幹部間の会合に付託することができます。いずれの当事者も、本条の紛争解決手続きに従わない限り、紛争を裁判所に委ねることはありません。
