ubuntu charm doesn't support 26.04 yet , it is needed here for integrate test. |

Switch the charm part to the uv plugin; charmcraft 4 rejects the legacy charm plugin for the 26.04 base. Signed-off-by: Seyeong Kim <seyeong.kim@canonical.com>
python-libjuju is in maintenance only and its series map has no 26.04, so deploys on ubuntu@26.04 fail. Jubilant drives the juju CLI, which resolves the base and knows 26.04. Signed-off-by: Seyeong Kim <seyeong.kim@canonical.com>
