fix(lua-cffi): update version and release

Description

Update the packaged lua-cffi version: 0.2.3 => 0.2.4
Update the release version: 0.2.4-1 was 0.2.3, so 0.2.4-2 will be 0.2.4
The fix for bookworm to depends on libffi8 instead of libffi7 (#317) will also be available for the tests of the next release.
