ci: set e2e timeout to 240 minutes - #6412

The e2e runs take very close to 3 and a half hours, and sometimes even longer. Set it to 4 hours so that there is less need to re-run jobs. Signed-off-by: Niels de Vos <ndevos@ibm.com>

😞 Soon need to solve this #6379 by running parallel.
Everything works, except for NFS which share the same radosNamespace as CephFS and can't be configured as done for RBD and CephFS because of which validateOMAPCount fails.
