feat: Add PPT Master skill package

Summary

• Import full skills/ppt-master runtime package from charlieviettq/ppt-master@13a25616e6354fe5abe16f41da18f532e51ac644
• Add Cursor source under writing-docs/ppt-master and generated Claude parity output
• Copy runtime dependencies: references, scripts, templates, workflows, .env.example, requirements, and embedded assets
• Add ppt-master and writing-docs bundles; link writing-docs/ppt-master into knowledge-worker
• Update registry, manifest count, Claude skill map, inventory, changelog, and external provenance log

Validation

• python3 scripts/validate-skills.py --parity
• python3 scripts/generate-registry.py --check
• python3 scripts/skillhub.py eval-recommend
• Smoke: resolve-bundle.py ppt-master, writing-docs, knowledge-worker, full

Notes

• Registry count is now 284 Cursor skills
• This intentionally vendors the full skill-local runtime package, including a large template/icon asset library
