Support for Adding Lyric Providers

Implement support for plugins that provide lyrics functionality to Cider using the Cider-PluginKit. This enhancement will allow Cider to access additional lyric APIs through the PluginKit, improving the app's extensibility and appeal to both users and plugin developers.

Scope

• Support for lyrics retrieval plugins
• Support for lyric translation plugins
• Support for parsing word-synced lyrics
