Purpose
What the new workflow does:
detect job: on push, uses git diff to find which apps changed and builds a matrix of only those apps. On workflow_dispatch, deploys the manually selected app.
deploy job: runs in parallel per-app using the matrix, each resolving its own CONTENTFUL_APP_DEF_ID_* secret dynamically via secrets[matrix.app_def_id_secret].
Adding a new app later: add one line to the APPS map in the detect step.
Action required — GitHub Secrets:
Rename/create these secrets in your repo settings (Settings → Secrets → Actions):
CONTENTFUL_APP_DEF_ID -> CONTENTFUL_APP_DEF_ID_RICH_TEXT_HTML_CONVERTER
(second app needs its own) -> CONTENTFUL_APP_DEF_ID_SALESFORCE_COMMERCE_CLOUD
CONTENTFUL_ORG_ID and CONTENTFUL_ACCESS_TOKEN stay shared across all apps.
