Purpose
The Deploy Contentful Apps workflow failed for rich-text-html-converter because the app had no package-lock.json — setup-node's npm cache and npm ci both require one (the salesforce-commerce-cloud app already has its own). This adds the missing lockfile; npm ci and npm run build were verified locally under Node 18.
