Human Written Description

I discussed this change with CJ on X before opening the PR and was told it was okay to submit. This adds a search bar to the transcription models page so it is easier to find a model quickly without scrolling through the full list, while keeping the existing language filter in place. I thought this was needed as the list of models is getting bigger compared to earlier parakeet and whipser only

okay let me do that, my vision was that search filter is more important then language one so made it a little bigger.

I think making search filter smaller will not look good, maybe increase language's height?

yeah I think adding vertical padding there will be fine, we can look see and adjust
