Added a bug reporting feature that gathers system details and opens a pre-filled issue template on GitHub.

Sorry for the confusion! I closed it because I won't have time to work on it until next week, and I know you're busy too. On top of that, I realized GitHub doesn't support long URLs, so my idea with attaching logs wilI make the link too long and not work. I will need to come up with a new approach. This will probably be auto filling the bug report via the url and the logs will be uploaden to clipboard so the user only has to paste it in the bug repport. I’ll pick this back up next week. |

Human Written Description
It uses the Handy bug report template from GitHub. It automatically injects the system info into the template, and there is a checkbox to attach logs. Currently, it generates and opens a link to GitHub in the browser with everything filled in, so the user only has to submit it. The flow can later be changed to use a backend and eliminate the need to open Github at all. This will be a good start.
Code quality is failing because languages are missing.

Testing
It builds and works. It only has some issues, the url is too long when attaching the logs so this has to be manualy pasted form the clipboard by the user. also minor ui issus link padding and spacing.
