[#320] Support geometries defined as WKT - #380

Ckanext-dcat already supported serializing geometries in WKT (default) or GeoJSON via `ckanext.dcat.output_spatial_format` but it only supported GeoJSON as output. This change allows to use WKT as input in the `spatial` extra or the `spatial_coverage > geom, bbox, centroid` fields.
