Add Tuwunel Matrix server, with Cinny client add-on

✍️ Description

Adds a script for creating an LXC running Tuwunel, an open source Matrix server.

This is a WIP. I want to also include Cinny, which is a Matrix client similar to Discord. I am still testing whether it makes sense to split this into its own script, or a 2nd PR.
