Creating PDFs

Online distro

• Output all files as no bleed
• If covers come from a larger sheet, then output PDF and the crop out front and back cover.
• Join all files together in Acrobat Pro.
• In Acrobat Pro add bookmarks.
• Show bookmarks on left of page, navigate to page that you want to add a bookmark to, the in bookmarks column add a bookmark and follow instructions. Cover Title page Copyright page Table of contents Introduction Any chapters or significant pages Footnotes Any other back matter Back cover
