Summary

  • add a consumer-neutral two-scope package fixture
  • combine tracked files, an allowlisted Composer vendor, and resolved synthetic asset content
  • snapshot stable manifest fields including paths, sizes, SHA-256 digests, scope ownership, and generated contributions
  • verify returned, embedded, and sidecar manifests without changing production code

Validation

  • mise run fix: 131 tests plus static checks passed
  • no SSH, Action runtime, release packaging, or production behavior changed

# Why

Consumer adoption needs a public, consumer-neutral regression proving that tracked files, generated Composer output, and resolved LFS content compose into one deterministic multi-scope manifest.

# What changed

- add a generic two-scope package fixture with one generated vendor and one resolved synthetic asset
- snapshot the stable manifest contract including scope ownership, paths, sizes, and SHA-256 digests
- verify returned, embedded, and sidecar manifests without changing production code
