Updates to the LICENSE and SECURITY.md files.

Changes

  • LICENSE: Revised wording across multiple sections for clarity and accuracy, aligning with the canonical Apache 2.0 license text.
  • SECURITY.md: Replaced the previous security policy with a streamlined vulnerability reporting contact process.
