This pull request updates the course roster for this semester, and has improvements in ui and schedule algorithm

* feat(schedule-generator): improve algorithm with discussion variety and deduplication

- Add variant-aware shuffling to explore different discussion/lab sections across generations
- Optimize conflict detection with pre-parsed times and hash-based duplicate filtering
- Fetch all class sections from Firestore (not just first lecture)

* chore: remove pnpm-lock
