[Feature] Show additional useful details for apps in Applications section

The Applications section in Overview currently only displays the names of open apps but does not show additional details, such as the PID, total CPU usage or memory consumption of each app.

Also it would be great to have a table structure where we can sort apps based on

• name
• PID (not useful but cannot be left behind)
• CPU uasge
• Memory

This is currently blocking on a proper table widget being added to libcosmic, which I'm currently working on.
