Download folder

Hi,
I am using chat messenger (zalo), but download file not working, where's the file saved.
OS: PopOS 24

Same question here with Outlook web portal running as a Quick Web App. I think the answer is that downloads are NOT being saved anywhere. I just tried to download a file, Outlook reported it as successful, but then a thorough search using updatedb and locate, as well as fsearch, cannot find that file's filename anywhere on my system.
