In Soviet Russia, push-ups do you!
A simple GitHub hosted calculator for the "Evil Russian Push-Up Program"
To use this just go here: https://d4rkd0s.github.io/evilrussian/
Enter the number of push-ups you can do in one go and the whole 14 days fills in. The counts are coloured green through red by how hard the day is. It's one HTML file with no dependencies, so you can save it and use it offline.
Leave "Week 2 re-test" blank until Monday of week 2. Do your max test that day,
enter the number, and the rest of week 2 is worked out from it. The start date
fills in as the day you first open the page and today stays highlighted after
that. Change it if you started earlier. Your numbers and start date are saved
in a cookie, and ?max=20&max2=30 in the URL gives someone else the same plan.
The schedule lives in the SCHEDULE array at the top of the script in
index.html. Edit a percentage or an interval there and the page follows.
