Prerequisites

• Python 3.11
• Node.js 18+
• npm

Setup (do this once)

# Clone and setup everything
git clone git@github.com:dankim444/cascade.git
cd cascade
npm run setup

# Start a virtual environment in backend/ and initialize the database
cd backend
source venv/bin/activate
python init_db.py # do this only once
cd ..

Start instructions

# Start backend
cd backend && source venv/bin/activate && uvicorn app.main:app --reload --port 8000

# Start frontend
cd frontend && npm run dev
