Summary
Prepare LibreChat v0.8.8-rc3 from current
dev, including the application prerelease markers, publishable package versions, Config 1.3.16, Helm chart 2.0.10, lockfiles, and the current release README summary.This is an RC copy of the final v0.8.8 preparation PR so we can publish and validate RC3 today while retaining the final PR for the short stabilization window.
