The main issue I am having with this is in dealing with sub-tab menus.
I haven't had enough time to figure out how to make course completion dependent on all of the sub-tabs before making the top level tab marked complete.
Currently, if the main sub-tab is marked complete the top level tab will also me marked complete even though other sub-tabs are not complete. This will confuse students.
