This updates to the following Github actions: - actions/checkout@3d3c42e # v7.0.1 - actions/setup-go@b7ad1da # v7.0.0 - golangci/golangci-lint-action@ba0d7d2 # v9.3.0
This updates CI to test against Go 1.27 with linting at Go 1.26 and removes the tests for Go 1.25 accordingly.
