This ui update will now adjust the padding on the many delegates lists we have (main, zk, airdrop) to account for whether or not the user has a visible scrollbar that takes up width. Previously it was set up to assume that a scrollbar width will always be present, but this update now accounts for when users have settings that make that scrollbar width = 0.
