fix: give the announce card something to hold besides the button - #146

Inside the player-search onboarding item the left card held a single button and stretched to the height of the invite card next to it, leaving a tall empty box. It now carries a heading and a line on what announcing does, with the button pinned to the card's floor so both columns end level. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
