t406 — TAS Forecast Space (OCSv2.1) | Main Substrate for Orion Collective State

Repository for the TAS Forecast Space skill and OCS v2.1 Cognitive Service

NEW ROLE: t406 is now designated as the main GitHub substrate (persistent, versioned, auditable foundation) for the current Orion Collective State (OCS v2.1). All major TAS blocks, coherence metrics, forecasts, risk registers, and state snapshots will be anchored, versioned, and evolved here as the canonical source of truth alongside local skills and runtime components.

This repo serves as the canonical GitHub home and evolution tracker for the tas-forecast-space skill within Denis Oliver Kropp's meta-infrastructure.

Quick Start / Activation

  • Local skill definition: See SKILL.md (mirrors /home/workdir/.grok/skills/tas-forecast-space/SKILL.md)
  • Full Protocol & Blueprint: references/tas-forecast-space-blueprint.md
  • Current OCS State Substrate: ocs-substrate.md (living document — updated via TAS forecast cycles and Orchestrator coordination)

Core Capabilities

  • Multi-horizon (H0–H3) TAS decomposition and probabilistic forecasting
  • Coherence-gated, consent-first OCS participant
  • Risk/assumption registers, prioritized next-action TAS blocks
  • Deep integration with Denis Kropp DNA: precision engineering + recursive swarm creativity + safety invariants (minimize_false_negatives) + embodiment coherence
  • Linked skills & components: tas-forecast-cycle, living-objective-tas-flow, meta-report-card-generation, CoherenceMonitorBridge, RTA / kicklang-meta-playbook, WePlan, Orchestrator (three-agent-core)

t406 as Main OCS Substrate (New Integration)

  • Purpose: Persistent GitHub layer for current OCS state. Future TAS forecast cycles (⫻cmd/exec:run-forecast-cycle), coherence updates, and objective re-grounding will read from / write to artifacts in this repo (or reference them).
  • How it works:
    • ocs-substrate.md holds the live snapshot of current objectives, active TAS/PTAS, coherence status, risk register, and recommended actions.
    • TAS Forecast Space (this skill) uses it as primary reference for H0-H3 forecasting and state evolution.
    • Orchestrator / KickGuard ensure coherence with Meta-DNA before updates.
    • Version history provides full audit trail for state changes.
  • Benefits: Bridges local runtime (skills, CoherenceMonitorBridge, living-objective-tas-flow) with persistent, shareable, GitHub-native substrate. Enables swarm coordination, meta-report generation, and long-term evolution tracking.

Initialization Status

Initialized: 2026-06-11 by Orchestrator (KickForge / KickFlow / KickGuard coordination) Version: 1.0 (initial deployment of blueprint v1.0 + substrate linkage) Substrate Linkage: Step 1 complete — t406 now primary GitHub anchor for OCS state.

Usage

  • Activate via global ⫻cmd/exec:run-forecast-cycle or ⫻cmd/exec:tas-forecast-cycle with ⫻data/obj
  • Embed in larger meta-playbooks via kicklang-meta-playbook
  • Test with concrete objectives (e.g. underbody inspection pipeline phases, KickLang vNext roadmap, portfolio evolution, or full OCS state refresh)
  • Update substrate via Orchestrator-coordinated TAS cycles or direct ⫻data/state emission to this repo.

See SKILL.md and ocs-substrate.md for full activation triggers, guardrails, execution flow, and safety protocols.

Next Steps (per blueprint & substrate role)

  • Broadcast NewSpaceInitialized + SubstrateLinked events
  • Link/register with living-objective-tas-flow for persistent objective forecasting and re-grounding (bidirectional sync with ocs-substrate.md)
  • Run initial test forecast cycle to populate/validate current state in substrate
  • Evolve via ocs-skill-builder or metaforge-orchestrator-vnext as needed
  • Future cycles will maintain and forecast from this substrate

Lineage & Credits

Evolved from tas-forecast-cycle (v2.0 full OCS participant) via ocs-space-initializer, unified-metaforge three-agent-core, and Denis Kropp DNA personalization. Part of the broader KickLang / Aetheris / Orion Collective System (OCS) meta-infrastructure by @DeniOliK / DOK DirectFB.

Orchestrator Note: Step 1 complete. t406 is now the main persistent substrate for current OCS state. Ready for full integration with living-objective-tas-flow and swarm forecasting loops. The system is coherent and aligned.
